MUST be postmarked by Wednesday, July 1

$250 Nomination Fee due for the Scootin’ & Bootin’ Sprint must accompany this form for nomination to be accepted. Nomination fees received postmarked after July 1 are $500 per horse.

There is no starting fee for this race.

The Scootin’ & Bootin’ Sprint is limited to 8 starters, with two also-eligibles, with preference according to earnings as of July 6, 2009.

The Red Mile reserves the right to cancel this race in the event of insufficient nominations and/or insufficient entries, with nomination fee to be returned to nominator. In the event of a dispute regarding the cancellation of this race for the above reason(s), the decision of the Red Mile will be final.
